Forbes
The evocative new Melbourne workspace of Forbes Global Property (FGP), part of the Forbes media family, mediates a sublime blend of design-driven contemporary and classic elements with nuanced intent, reflective of the global property market in which it moves.
Easton delivered the sophisticated new Melbourne office for Forbes Global Properties, transforming a blank canvas at 627 Chapel Street into a richly detailed, highly functional space.
Inspired by the intimacy of penthouse living and boutique hotel lobbies, the result is a warm, residential style environment designed for both professional meetings and immersive, media-style events.
Working under tight time and budget constraints, Easton managed every detail with care, rom the curved stone bar and layered lighting to the bespoke joinery and dual-purpose boardroom. Their ability to interpret the design vision and collaborate closely with all project partners was key to delivering a space that feels personal, luxurious and unmistakably Forbes.
