Easton was engaged to complete three bespoke apartment fit outs within the prestigious St James Apartments and led a full refurbishment of the buildings entry foyer. Each tailored to the unique style and preferences of individual clients.

Working closely with different architects and interior designers, we delivered high-end finishes and refined detailing across all residences-from custom joinery and stonework to integrated lighting and acoustic treatments. In addition to the private residences, Easton also led a full refurbishment of the building’s entry foyer, elevating the arrival experience with premium materials and a design that complements the elegance of the broader development.

Delivering this calibre of work within a live, fully occupied residential building brought significant logistical and operational challenges. With strict working hour restrictions, noise management protocols, and limited access via a single lift and shared loading dock, our team was required to meticulously coordinate deliveries, subcontractor access, and sequencing. Drawing on our experience managing complex, high-end fit outs in sensitive environments, Easton maintained close communication with building management and residents throughout, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering to an exceptional standard.
