Square Peg Office

Easton delivered a high-performing workplace for Square Peg Capital, transforming a 380m2 warehouse in the heart of Cremorne’s innovation district.

The team brought to life a flexible, design-forward office that balances professional functionality with warmth and personality. The space features thoughtful elements such as honour wall celebrating portfolio companies, a statement marble kitchen island, and a timber-clad meeting pod designed for focused conversations.

A key challenge of the project was concealing extensive services within an open-plan layout. Easton resolved this with custom timber-clad trays that discreetly routed mechanical, electrical, and data infrastructure without compromising design intent. Through the build, Easton’s craftsmanship shone through - from the precision vein-matching of Da Vinci marble to the repurposing of underutilised zones, including the transformation of a dark basement into a stylish, acoustically treated phone room.

This project showcases Easton’s capability as more than just a builder - offering turnkey solutions with architectural precision and an eye for detail. The result is a polished and adaptable workspace that reflects the ambitions of a global investment firm.
