Easton delivered a comprehensive transformation of this sky high apartment on St Kilda Road.

The project required full demolition of the existing structure and a complete interior redesign to support an open-plan layout and three-bedroom, three-ensuite configuration. Every element, down to the hand-carried 2.8m doors and the integration of recessed mechanical services, was considered for both aesthetic impact and functional performance. A retractable ceiling TV, trowelled-in slot diffusers, and reeded-glass finishes offered subtle luxury, while the inclusion of concealed cavities and reengineered plumbing allowed the design vision to be realised without compromise.

The fit out paired high-end design with Easton’s technical precision and smart project delivery. From craning in oversized steel doors to managing logistics on a live residential site, the team delivered a refined, light-filled apartment that reflects the client’s vision. With $183,000 in value-managed savings and flawless execution, the project showcases Easton’s ability to blend design ambition with buildability.
