Luxury Residential Development comprising 12 bespoke apartments on Mathoura Road, Toorak.

Drawing inspiration from the stately apartment buildings of New York, the project was envisioned by Craig Easton and designed in collaboration with architect Rob Mills. Each residence features a unique floor plan and is finished with exceptional detail-from nearly three-metre-high solid doors and herringbone timber flooring to stucco wall finishes and landscaped gardens by Paul Bangay. A part-time concierge service, individual garages, and an opulent penthouse with a private pool elevate the sense of privacy and prestige.
