Eureka

Perched on the 76th floor of Melbourne’s iconic Eureka Tower, Easton’s complete renovation of this 165sqm residence delivers refined, gallery-like luxury above the city skyline.

Stripped back to its concrete shell, the home was entirely rebuilt with new services, custom infrastructure, and exceptional finishes - designed and delivered to reflect the prestige of the building and the client’s vision for a contemporary, high-functioning sanctuary.

The apartment is defined by precise craftsmanship and a harmonious material palette. Photo-nested slabs of Calacatta Viola marble, blackened steel kitchen joinery, cross-cut parquetry flooring and trowelled-in lighting reflect a bold yet restrained approach. Easton coordinated all works within the building’s live environment, navigating restricted access, material logistics, and client oversight from abroad.

With seamless collaboration between Easton and Travis Walton Architecture, the result is both technically accomplished and deeply personal - from hidden speakers and custom bar joinery to smart home systems and Italian sliding doors. A timeless, elevated interior that embodies design clarity, structural integrity, and a meticulous approach to detail.
