Bondi Icebergs
Icebergs Dining Room and Bar opened in 2002 under the stewardship of Terzini, who has made a name for himself with new-wave Italian diners in Melbourne (Ill Bacaro) before coming up to Sydney and opening Woolloomooloo’s Otto.
Since then, the bar and diner have become a stalwart of the Sydney dining scene, luring locals and international visitors to its remarkable dining room, built into the face of Bondi’s cliffs above Icebergs pool.
