Easton played a pivotal role in the transformation of ‘Avon Court’, a landmark Victorian-inspired mansion perched atop St James Park Hill in Hawthorn.

Tasked with delivering a residence of exceptional scale and grandeur, Easton oversaw the construction and detailing of the 4645sqm estate, which features nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, seven kitchens (including a teppanyaki suite), two pools, and a 10-car basement garage.

The project demanded meticulous craftsmanship and coordination to meet the client’s vision of timeless opulence blended with modern luxury. Easton’s collaborative approach with architects and designers ensured the preservation of heritage elements while integrating contemporary amenities such as an 18-seat home theatre and wellness facilities.

Our commitment to excellence on this project positioned Avon Court as one of Melbourne’s most prestigious homes, ultimately challenging the Victorian residential price record.
